RESILIENCE

Resilience is the act of "bouncing back." Being able to face trauma, pain or any other mentally/physically draining experience and adapt to grow and learn. Or in the more literal sense, resilience is the act of an object, like an elastic, reforming back into its original shape. Most often, the object reverts to a warped version of itself. Throughout history, we as humans have consistently fought to come back strong. We learn and move forward.

How have you experienced resilience? How have you grown?
